• Email address — when you request the free guide, join our newsletter, or enter your email after the free assessment.
• Contact messages — your name, email address, and message when you use our contact form or email us.
• Reviews — the name, role, and message you submit through our review form.
• Purchase information — when you buy a product, checkout is handled by Payhip. Payhip and its payment processors collect your payment details. We receive your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver your files and support your purchase. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, time on page, the website or ad that referred you, and approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address).

Information you enter into AI tools

Some of our products are used inside ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI. Anything you type or upload there, including your résumé, is processed by OpenAI under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store that content.

• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized sessions, clicks, and scrolling so we can see how pages are used and fix problems. Form fields such as email addresses are masked.
• Meta Pixel — measures the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and helps show our ads to people who may be interested.
• OpenAI Ads Pixel — measures the performance of our ads shown in ChatGPT, including whether a visit that started from an ad led to a sign-up or purchase.
• YouTube — embedded videos are loaded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which limits cookies until you play a video.

Your choices: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a browser or extension that blocks trackers, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can manage ad personalization in your Google, Meta, and OpenAI account settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from reading the Site or buying a product.

• Service providers who run parts of our business for us: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Payhip (checkout, payments, and file delivery), and the analytics and advertising services listed above.

• Business changes — if our business or this brand is reorganized, sold, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Emails From Us

If you sign up for the free guide or newsletter, we may send you emails about career resources and our products. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. We will still send emails needed to deliver or support a purchase.
